font-size: 14px; line-height: 22px;"&gt;Se realizará un menú de seis primeros platos, seis segundos platos y tres postres.Solo se usarán productos de Euskadi*. Las verduras serán de cultivo ecológico, los animales tendrán que haber vivido en libertad y no haber sido alimentados con piensos en los que se usen alimentos transgénicos. Y quiero que sea a un precio totalmente popular, precio “menú mediodía” , demostrar que comer bien y con nuestros productos no es caro, o por lo menos muy caro. line-height: 22px; text-align: center;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="color: #333333; font-family: Verdana, sans-serif; font-size: 14px; line-height: 22px; text-align: center;"&gt;El Restaurante Morgan Kompany, en la segunda quincena del mes de febrero hará una propuesta de menú en el cual los protagonistas serán: las verduras y legumbres tradicionales así como las razas autóctonas vascas y sus derivados.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Se realizará un menú (de lunes a viernes mediodía) de seis primeros platos, seis segundos platos y tres postres, que serán cambiados a la semana. Solo se usarán productos de Euskadi*. Las verduras serán de cultivo ecológico, los animales tendrán que haber vivido en libertad y no haber sido alimentados con piensos en los que se usen alimentos transgénicos. Esta regla vale también para los derivados de esos animales.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;*(Las verduras que no sean de temporada en Euskadi serán de cultivo ecológico, el resto de productos y derivados serán artesanos o de comercio justo)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;En el menú se verá reflejado los productores y su provincia, y se usará las medidas o parámetros (como medio para servir de guía) que usan Slow Food y el sello de producto ecológico.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;El pan se realiza con harinas ecológicas y fermentos naturales. Ecomonegros 03, Aragón&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;La sal que se usa es de Salinas de Añana. Araba&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Los pescados son capturados con aparejos artesanales y ser de bajura.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;La sidra está hecha con manzanas autóctonas en un 100%. Astarbe, Astigarraga&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;El vino es de nuestra tierra, tanto tinto como blanco. Araba Errioxa&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;El agua es de grifo. El café es de Nicaragua, comercio justo.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;El azúcar es de comercio justo. Intermom Oxfam&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;¿Por que jornadas Eco-gastronómicas?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;-Primero: eco por que muchos de los géneros que usamos normalmente en el restaurante son ecológicos.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;-Segundo: gastronómico, lo asocio con Slow Food junto con la responsabilidad de tener productos cercanos, de ahí las razas autóctonas y comprar: bueno, limpio, justo. Los tres adjetivos que definen a Slow food.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;-Tercero: por que quiero acercar estos productos (que son cercanos pero para muchos algo exóticos) a mis clientes y que tengan la oportunidad (la mayoría) de conocer estos géneros tan nuestros pero a la vez tan desconocidos. Y quiero que sea a un precio totalmente popular, precio “menú mediodía” , demostrar que comer bien y con nuestros productos no es caro, o por lo menos muy caro. Quitar ese san benito de que lo ecológico es caro, no es así, lo ecológico es sano y al alcance de todos y es una opción que esta ahí (es la única manera de ser competitivos contra la agricultura convencional, mismo producto mismo precio pero ecológico).&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;También decir que alguno de estos productos están en serio peligro de extinción, sustituidos por otros mas rentables o de mayor producción. Somos los consumidores los que podemos ayudar a que esto no ocurra, y los restaurantes tenemos la obligación de hacer llegar esta información al consumidor. Poniendolos en nuestra carta, menú, pinchos, etc. y colocando en ese menú su procedencia o quien lo produce. Somos (como dice Slow Food) co-productores, y vosotros nos tenéis que ayudar en esta tarea, no al restaurante si no al productor.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Para terminar decir os que el azúcar, el café, el cous-cous son de comercio justo (otra gran batalla en la cual los restaurantes tenemos mucho que hacer y apoyar).
